Our Menus are split into two categories. Firstly the barbecued and woodfired cooking, and secondly dishes cooked in coventional ovens which we call All Seasons. The later is split into Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter dishes.
Please note that this is only a guide all our menus are interchangeable. although it may not always be practical to use the barbecues or woodfired ovens in the winter months.
