Weddings form the backbone of our company and for ten years now, Blistering have been creating memorable weddings throughout the UK and even as far flung as Sri Lanka.

With our passion for originality and the use of seasonal, well sourced ingredients, Blistering will help to make your special day a memorable one whatever the time of year. We specialise in ‘al fresco’ catering, so during the summer months your food can be freshly cooked from our charcoal barbecues and wood fired ovens, usually on show, creating a dramatic backdrop. For a real wow factor why not choose our legendary giant pavlova wedding cake, presented by the chefs and cut by the bride and groom with a ceremonial sword.

Our front of house managers, waiting staff and chefs are always professional, polite and attentive and will work tirelessly throughout the day.
