To provide ‘Festival Friendly’
food throughout the day, enabling VIP guests to have a hand-held
snack or full meal (from the shacks).
Blistering created the ‘build your
own festival burger shack’ and ‘chinese noodle
shack’ with noodles served in original USA style noodle
boxes.

Salmon, moked and served with Fresh Lemon Herb Butter from
our Wood-Fired ovens
- Stir Fried Vegetable Noodles with Peppers,
Onions, Courgettes, Soy, Palm Sugar, Lemon Grass, Lime Leaves,
Ginger, Coriander and Chilli
- Deep-fried Potato skins with Chives and
Sour Cream

- Baby New Potato Salad with a Herb Vinaigrette
