THE BRIEF
To provide ‘Festival Friendly’ food throughout the day, enabling VIP guests to have a hand-held snack or full meal (from the shacks).

Blistering created the ‘build your own festival burger shack’ and ‘chinese noodle shack’ with noodles served in original USA style noodle boxes.

Served from decorated Blistering Shacks

  • Blistering Barbecued Chicken Thighs with sweet sticky Blistering Barbecue Sauce
  • Lamb Cutlets marinated in Lemon, Myrtle and Thyme
  • A Selection of Blistering Sausages including Vegetarian
  • Whole Side of Gun Powder Cured Tea Smoked Salmon, moked and served with Fresh Lemon Herb Butter from our Wood-Fired ovens
  • Stir Fried Vegetable Noodles with Peppers, Onions, Courgettes, Soy, Palm Sugar, Lemon Grass, Lime Leaves, Ginger, Coriander and Chilli
  • Deep-fried Potato skins with Chives and Sour Cream

Tossed Salads

  • Baby New Potato Salad with a Herb Vinaigrette
  • Tomato and Red Onion Salad drizzled with Olive Oil
  • Classic Slaw full of Chives and Chervil

Served with a variety of Breads, Homemade Sauces and Chutneys including Red Pepper Mayonnaise, Chilli Sauce, French Mustard and Ketchup.
