THE BRIEF
To serve substantial bites and stretcher food for guests arriving from the premiere. Blistering were set up on the terrace over looking the River Thames on full show to the guests.

Blistering Canapés
Imaginatively presented to a Spiderman / USA Theme and circulated hot from the coals
10.00pm - 1.00am

• Selection of Blistering Sausages with Mustard Mayonnaise and Tangy Tomato Salsa
• China Town Grilled Lamb marinated in Sweet Soy, Star Anise, Tamarind and Palm Sugar served with a Coriander & Ginger Pesto
• Wood-roasted New Potatoes and Chestnut Mushrooms and Rosemary & Thyme and a Warm Cheese Fondue
• Blistering Barbecue Chicken served Tangy Barbecue Sauce
• Grilled Squid marinated with Lemon, Garlic and Herbs

Stretcher Food

• Served in Leaf Bowls with Wooden Forks and served on luminous Spiderman Stretchers
• ‘Lomo’ Roast Loin of Pork served on a bed of Cuban Rice with Beans, Cumin and Coriander served with a Fruity Coconut Curry Sauce
• Seared Tuna Sashimi served on Oriental Crackers with Cucumber, Spring Onion, Mild Red Chilli and Wasabi Mayonnaise

• Barbecued Pineapple Skewers served with Rum and Maple Syrup
• Chocolate Brownies Sprinkled with Red & Black Edible Glitter
