THE BRIEF
Blistering’s fourth party for the carphone Warehouse. We were asked to provide a themed ‘Moulin Rouge’ menu for the evning for 3600 guests and 400 VIPs. Blistering also provided 50 bar staff for the various bars around the venue.

BLISTERING MOULIN ROUGE BUFFET
8.30pm – 11.30pm

  • Coq au Vin with Button Mushrooms and Baby Onions in a Rich Red Wine Sauce
  • Traditional French Farnhouse Sausages including Vegetarian Ratatouille with a Rich Tomato Thyme and Garlic Sauce
  • Creamy Mustard Mash
  • Haricots Verts
  • Green Leaf Salad with French Dressing
    Served with a selection of Baguettes, Garlic Mayonnaise, Mustards, Ketchup

BLISTERING VIP MOULIN ROUGE BUFFET

  • Lamb Chops with Lemon, Thyme and Garlic
  • Coq au Vin with Button Mushrooms and Baby Onions in a Rich Red Wine Sauce
  • Whole sides of Salmon with Dill, Green Peppercorns, Calvados and Apple Juice
  • Traditional French Farnhouse Sausages including Vegetarian Ratatouille with a Rich Tomato Thyme and Garlic Sauce
  • Creamy Mustard Mash
  • Haricots Verts
  • Green Leaf Salad with French Dressing
  • Tomato Salad with Basil, Spring Onion, deep-fried Capers dressed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Vintage Balsamic Vinegar
