Blistering’s fourth party for
the carphone Warehouse. We were asked to provide a themed
‘Moulin Rouge’ menu for the evning for 3600 guests
and 400 VIPs. Blistering also provided 50 bar staff for the
various bars around the venue.
- Olives, Almonds, Peanuts, Slices of Saucisson,
Cornichons

- Coq au Vin with Button Mushrooms and
Baby Onions in a Rich Red Wine Sauce
- Traditional French Farnhouse Sausages including
Vegetarian Ratatouille with a Rich Tomato Thyme and Garlic
Sauce

- Green Leaf Salad with French Dressing
Served with a selection of Baguettes, Garlic Mayonnaise,
