Blistering Barbecues and Woodfires

There’s something rather special about barbecuing. From the moment we fire up the coals and the woodfired ovens there’s a sense of theatre. Not only is there all the sizzle and pizzaz, but also a fantastic end product; succulent, tender and downright tasty food cooked on site and delivered piping hot to your guests.

Our barbecue menus are the result of many hours of painstaking innovation and experimentation. Not only have we developed the very best methods but, by careful choice of ingredients and with our own sauces, rubs and marinades we believe we have created a genuinely unique experience. From poultry and meat such as Japanese Chicken and Seared Wild Pigeon Breast to fish such as seared Tuna Sashimi and Tea Smoked Salmon. There are some great vegetarian alternatives as well, our Tofu and Pumpkin Koftas have quite a reputation.
